Who we are
YourPage (yourpage.uk) is run by F.R.BRADLEY (FELTHAM) LIMITED, North Feltham Trading Estate, Central Way, Feltham, London TW14 0XQ, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@yourpage.uk.
The service
YourPage makes small birthday websites (albums) from the photos, videos and words you add. The free Basic album stays open for 3 days and can't be changed after it is made. Flexible and Bespoke albums will come with their own terms and prices.
Your content
You may add only photos, videos and texts that you have the right to share, and only of people who agree to it. For children, you need the agreement of their parent or guardian.
Nothing illegal, hateful, violent, sexual or harmful — and never anything sexual involving anyone under 18. We may remove content and close an album that breaks these rules, and report it where the law requires.
Your content stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you share the album with, only to run the service.
Who can see an album
An album opens for anyone who has its link (and its password, if you set one). It is never shown in search engines. You decide whom you send the link and the password to. If there are children or private moments in the photos, set a password.
How long it stays
A Basic album is open for 3 days. A week after it closes, its photos and videos are deleted for good. You can delete the photos and videos, or the whole album, at any time from your private page. Keep your own copies: this is not a backup service.
AI
To lay out the top of the page around faces, a small copy of the top photo is analysed by Google's Gemini AI. It is not used to identify anyone.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the service running, but it is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
