Who is responsible
F.R.BRADLEY (FELTHAM) LIMITED, North Feltham Trading Estate, Central Way, Feltham, London TW14 0XQ, United Kingdom is the controller of your personal data. Contact: hello@yourpage.uk.
What we keep
The album: the photos, videos, the name and the letter you add. Your email, if you ask for the links by email, and whether you agreed to hear about offers. The guests' password only in a scrambled form (we can't read it back). Technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as IP addresses.
Why
To make and show your album and send you its links (our agreement with you); to tell you about offers only if you agreed (your consent, which you can withdraw any time); to keep the service safe from abuse (our legitimate interest).
Who helps us
Cloudflare — hosting, storage of the files and the database, the robot check (Turnstile) and our incoming email. Resend — sending our emails. Google — the Gemini AI looks at a small copy of the top photo to find faces for the layout. Some of them may process data outside the UK, with the safeguards the law requires.
Google Drive and Google user data
yourpage.uk lets you add photos, videos and songs to your album straight from your Google Drive, without copying them. If you press «Choose files on Google Drive», Google asks you to sign in and to allow access, and then you pick files in Google's own window. We receive access only to the files you pick yourself (the Google permission "drive.file" — per-file access chosen by you). We never get access to the rest of your Drive, and we never see or store your Google password.
What we keep and why: the files themselves stay in your Google Drive — we do not copy them into our storage. So that your album can show them while you are not signed in, we keep a Google access key for your album (a "refresh token"), encrypted, and the names and IDs of the files you picked. When a guest opens the album, our server reads the file from Google with that key and passes it to the guest; for speed, Cloudflare's cache may hold a temporary copy of a file for up to one day, reachable only through your album's page. To write captions and place the layout, Google's Gemini AI is shown a small picture (640 px) of a picked photo or a video's frame, fetched from Google when needed and not kept; from photos we keep only where the faces are (for the album's layout and the lion badge). All of this is part of the album service you asked for, not advertising.
What we never do: we do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising or to build profiles, do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed above that run the album, and no person at yourpage.uk looks at your files unless you ask us for support or the law requires it. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who can see it: only the guests who open your album (they see just what you put in it) and the service providers that run it — Cloudflare (hosting, database, cache) and, for captions and layout, Google's Gemini AI. Data goes to them only to provide your album, never for any other purpose, and is never sold or passed to advertisers or data brokers.
How we protect it: all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). The Google access key is stored encrypted (AES-256) and is used only by our server, only to read the files you picked. Files reach guests only through your album's page, and if you set a guest password, guests must enter it (we keep it only in scrambled, hashed form). Your private page opens only with a secret link that only you have (also kept hashed). Access to the database is limited to the operator of the service.
How long we keep it and how to delete it: the access key and the list of picked files are kept only while your album exists and stays connected. You can take any picked file out of the album, or press «Disconnect Google Drive and sign out of the account» on your private page: the key is then revoked at Google and deleted, and the picked files leave the album (they stay in your Google Drive). Deleting the album does the same. You can also stop the access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (remove yourpage.uk) — the album then stops showing those files. Temporary cache copies are gone within a day. You can also write to hello@yourpage.uk and we will delete everything promptly, in any case within 30 days.
How long
A Basic album is open for 3 days; a week after it closes its photos, videos and texts are deleted, and your email with your last album. You can delete everything earlier from your private page.
Cookies
We use only cookies the site needs: one remembers the language you chose, one remembers that you typed an album's password (until the album closes). No advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Albums are made by adults. If an album shows children, the person making it must have their parent's or guardian's agreement; we recommend a password.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent — write to hello@yourpage.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
